Furnace, AC, fireplace and garage heater maintenance and inspection. Furnace is operating safely and efficiently at this time, found no problems or concerns with the operation of this unit. Fireplace is getting up there in age, showing some signs of corrosion but still working well and operating safely at this time. AC is in good condition, refrigerant levels are good and it is cooling very well. Capacitor was well outside 10% tolerance, rated for 45uf and only reading 22uf. Replaced capacitor. Garage heater is in good condition, working safely. Other than the capacitor on the AC, found no problems or concerns during visit.
